Do you have diabetes?

Drew Carey had Type-2 diabetes. He lost 70 lbs this year. He was sick and tired of seeing himself on the TV and being FAT. A lot of people have commented he looked better with that extra layer on him but is he far healthier now than he was and will likely live a longer life too.

“I was sick of being fat on the camera. Really, I just got sick of it. Once I started losing weight, again, like once I started dropping a couple pant sizes, then it was easy ‘cause once you see the results, then you don’t wanna stop,” Carey told People. “It sucks being fat... I was diabetic with Type-2 diabetes.”

He does a lot of cardio, about 45 minutes a day and eats a very low carb diet. It worked for him. So whether you are into Beachbody products or doing your own thing, get out there and get moving. My Mom is a Diabetic and has other physical ailments as well, Rheumatoid Arthritis being the other major condition. Until I became an Independent Beachbody Coach I did not look at the other exercise programs outside of my regimen. I was not aware of this program until yesterday when I was in a webinar with my coach. I don’t know if she would be able to do this, but I’ll talk it over with her. With her joint issues it may not work for her.
