Stick with real fruit for your kids

Stick with real fruit and not the "made with real fruit" substitutes, at least according to an article at LA Times. The plastic wrapped bars, rolls, etc. are not as good and definitely not as health as the real thing.

Digital Devices Deprive Brain of Needed Downtime

Interesting article on how digital devices can fill up time but can deprive the brain of much needed downtime.

Do you have diabetes?

I am restarting P90x today. I DID start last week but the after-effects from bronchitis was still screwing with my energy levels. I am still on medications to help stop the coughing but I feel good enough to start working out again.
